Rachel's Senior Portraits {Paso Robles}

I had the pleasure of capturing Rachel's senior portraits as she inches closer and closer to her college graduation this summer. It was great chatting with her during the shoot and learning about her desires for her new chapter of life. Majoring in Spanish, Rachel is hoping to secure a job at her (and my daughter's) favorite place - Disney. I am thrilled for her and know she will be amazing! Thanks for the fun shoot, Rachel!

The Newest Pulliam {Paso Robles}

A dear family to me (who owns Cotton Candy...the best accessories for girls!) just welcomed their third family member about 2 weeks ago. Waiting to find out if the sweet baby was a girl or a boy, they were pleasantly surprised to see a beautiful baby girl. Miss Blake is absolutely precious and I find myself getting watery eyes just looking at her (and those adorable cheeks). Big brother and sister are thrilled to "play" with Blake and provide her with plenty of kisses throughout the day. Needless to say, she is not short on love.

Prickett Family and Maternity {SLO}

Babies babies! Riley and Brianne are expecting their second little girl in a few short weeks so I was thrilled to capture some family pictures before their family grows to 4. I had the great honor of shooting their wedding 3 years ago as well as some baby pictures of Miss Maddie last year...I have to say, they have a beautiful family! Brianne is a GORGEOUS expecting mother and she makes being pregnant look easy. I am excited for their new addition!

Being a mom of 2 now, I desperately long for some pictures of just me with my kiddos since we all know our kids/families grow up too quickly. Photographs are my way of freezing time to etch those priceless moments into our heads...So since I am longing for a family portrait session of my own, I decided to pour out my yearning for other's to benefit from.

New Additions

It's time for the team of A. Blake Photography to brag about our cuteness! Meet precious Claire born to Aaron and Kayla at the beginning of February and sweet Brody born to Chris and Ashley in December. It's hard to believe that these two bundles of joy were in our bellies while we worked all last year. We joke that they are accustomed to the sound of a camera and being jogged around during wedding season. :) Needless to say, we are both blessed and the older sisters of both babies are doing well.

Brian + Jen's Engagements {Montana de Oro}

I met Brian and Jen at the wedding fair in January and I was instantly drawn to their personality and style. I was thrilled to have the honor of shooting their engagement session and wedding this year. We met up on Sunday to shoot at Montana de Oro, which I later found out was a special place for them both. It was a beautiful day and they were captivating on camera. I found myself enjoying not only the time working with them but also the time chatting between locations and pictures...I am excited for their October wedding!
