Associate Kayla: Surprise Proposal {Atascadero}

This weekend, Kayla had the opportunity to capture a once in a lifetime moment--a proposal. Garner had contacted Kayla with the hopes of surprising his girlfriend, Ashley, with a proposal and he wanted it captured on camera. Kayla and Garner sat down and planned out how it would all happen. Garner had told Ashley to a dress cute and that he had a surprise for her. Upon arriving, Garner introduced Kayla the "surprise" and told Ashley that he had planned an impromptu photoshoot for her birthday. Little did she know that that wasn't all he had planned. Kayla and Garner had prearranged a destination on the beautiful private ranch in Atascadero where he would propose. Once they arrived there they got into position and Kayla snapped away. Under a big oak tree, Garner dropped down on one knee and pulled out the little black box he had been hiding in his boot since early that morning. Ashley was surprised and moved to tears. They spent the rest of the shoot taking engagement pictures around the ranch. Garner couldn't take his eyes off of Ashley the entire time and Ashley couldn't stop smiling at both Garner and her new beautiful ring. Kayla was honored to have been able to capture such a special moment for the both of them. She said "yes" by the way.
