Huff Wedding {Santa Cruz}

Santa Cruz area holds a dear place in the Blake family's heart since we are blessed to vacation there at least once a year with my husband's family in Capitola. It's a TINY little beach community but oh my goodness it is awesome. When Jen called to tell me that she was having her wedding in Santa Cruz I was thrilled to have another excuse to work with a great couple in one of my favorite locations. Upon meeting Jen, you instantly fall in love with her bubbly, sweet personality. She has a way of making everyone feel welcomed and loved. Shawn comes across as quiet at first but I got to know his humorous side after capturing his interaction with all the groomsmen. All in all, they are an incredible couple who truly enjoy being together and celebrating with their guests. The wedding was held at the Hollins House located at the Pasatiempo Golf Course (the views were spectacular on Saturday with not a single cloud in the sky...not overly common). I don't think they could have hoped for a better day...congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Huff! Venue: Hollins House

Bonelli Family {Silver Horse Winery}

Say hello to a wonderful family! I met the Bonelli's a few years back through a mutual friend and it has been a joy watching their family grow. I was blessed with the privilege of sneaking in the hospital last year to capture sweet Piper's first day of life, so you can only imagine how wonderful it was to see this little one toddling around and exploring the world. Craig and Sybil are awesome parents who truly glow when they look at their little girl...I LOVE capturing THAT joy for families. Thanks Bonelli's for letting me freeze time for your beautiful family!

Ruof Wedding {Granada Hotel & Bistro}

I feel like this wedding could have been straight out of a magazine. Nestled in an new (incredible) quaint hotel in San Luis Obispo, Martin and Jessie's wedding at the Granada Hotel & Bistro was nothing shy of amazing. It felt like every corner of the hotel has some unique spot for pictures and luckily for me, Martin and Jessie were willing to follow. I could go on and on about how incredible beautiful this couple is but hopefully the pictures speak for that fact. I do have to say that I don't think there could be a more intimate, urban reception location on the Central Coast...absolutely amazing!
