Associate Melodee: Matt + Lauren's Engagements {Halter Ranch}

Matt and Lauren were blessed with a beautiful day at Halter Ranch Winery. As we explored the beautiful grounds, I snapped photos of their friendship, their love, and their carefree attitude. Lauren has an effortless beauty that is inviting and Matt is what I would call a “southern gentlemen.” Together they are a sweet couple. Their love is effortless and beautiful.

Jason + Sarah's Engagements

I love this couple! I have only had phone and e-mail communication with Sarah so it was wonderful to finally meet her and Jason in person. They are full of life, laughter and just right-out amazing (…and photogenic). We ventured through my 'secret forrest' as the rain clouds decided to roll in but I think we literally finished just in time. Nonetheless, I am thrilled for their upcoming wedding and cannot wait to work with them again!

Langner Family {Paso Robles}

Thank you for rain in California and for green grass! I never thought I would be so grateful for grass but I find myself as a photographer in awe of how much more beautiful everything is with color. I was blessed with meeting up with this adorable family yesterday for their family pictures. I was able to freeze time as their youngest just turned 1 and their oldest celebrated her 4th birthday on the day of the shoot. It was wonderful watching them interact, play, catch bugs, explore the woods, and just be a family. It's the simple things in life that often are the best memories with our kiddos.

Jayan + Shereen's Engagements {Terrace Hill}

Amazing! As I drove down to San Luis Obispo I found myself going from perfectly sunny Paso to super overcast SLO. Sometimes it's nice to shoot something complete different and this shoot was exactly that. Having to change our location at the last minute we could not have been more excited about the outcome! The clouds made for this incredible filter as we walked to the top of Terrace Hill and the background almost looked surreal. Jayan and Shereen as such a fun couple that we found ourselves laughing and talking throughout the shoot. They are amazing! I am excited for their wedding this summer and cannot wait to see them again.
