Kinsey's 1 year old shoot {Bishop Peak}

I wish I was more like Danielle and Patrick! They did such an amazing job capturing their little girl's first year of life. I had the honor of starting with newborn and meeting up with them every 3 months. I have to say, Kinsey is just a doll! She is 100% girl with amazing hair accessories and clothes, painted toenails and gorgeous looks just like her mama. We met up in the trees at Bishop Peak and the setting was perfect. Yes, we did lose some balloons along the way but the time together was priceless. Enjoy looking at this beautiful family!

Jeremiah + Courtney's Engagements {Bishop Peak}

I always find Bishop Peak to be enchanting whenever I am there for pictures. I get sucked into the amazing light peaking through overflowing tree branches...some day I will have my family pictures taken here. Some day. Nonetheless, Jeremiah and Courtney were incredible at just "being" themselves in front of the camera and enjoying the moment. They have a gentleness about them that I cannot wait to capture at their upcoming wedding.

Scott + Julie's Engagements {Bishop Peak}

The lighting from Scott and Julie's engagement session made me almost squeal from excitement. I found myself pausing and asking, "Is this really happening?" Needless to say, it was perfect. I have to admit I was a little hesitant to shoot at Bishop Peak again since the last time left me with poison oak for almost a month, but I showed up covered head to toe and ready to work. Scott and Julie were amazing to be around and the time flew. Julie is captivating on camera so they made my job extremely easy...their wedding cannot come soon enough.

Armando + Melissa's Engagements {Bishop Peak}

I had the joy Friday of capturing Armando and Melissa's engagements. After thinking about some unique outdoor locations, we landed on Bishop Peak for the shoot. Not long ago, my family decided to take a family adventure in hiking the area together...while there, it hit me how great of a spot it would be for pictures since it is covered in beautiful trees. I was right...it was perfect! The sun filtered through the trees for this awesome effect and Melissa and Armando were a blast to be around. During the shoot, I learned that Melissa's family works with trees so it was the perfect location for them both. When we were finish with the pictures, Melissa and Armando did a quick change to go hike Bishop Peak together...I love it!
