Mark + Amanda's Engagements {SLO Creek}

Who doesn't love the creek in downtown San Luis Obispo?! Learning it was the location of Mark and Amanda's first date, it was a perfect spot for their engagement pictures on Monday. Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory dipped chocolate chip cookies (can I say YUM?!) were also included and shared close to the original bench they sat on...and to keep the sugar heaven going, they also indulged in chocolate dipped strawberries. Needless to say, based on their love for sweets we will definitely become good friends. :) These two were such a joy to be around and it was wonderful learning more about them as a couple. Enjoy!

Armando + Melissa's Wedding {SLO & Santa Margarita}

Saturday was a wonderful wedding. Rain threatened all day long but held off until we literally were taking the last 2 minutes of pictures...it was incredible. Melissa was radiant in her dress with her vibrant blue eyes as she walked hand and hand with Armando throughout the day. They truly have a special relationship that started years ago in high school...it touched my heart to watch them.

The ceremony was held at the Mission San Luis Obispo and the reception was the Santa Margarita Ranch. Both venues offer such unique character and backdrops that my job was rather easy. The barn on the Ranch was used for the reception and it looked beautiful. Bailey Entertainment provided great uplighting throughout the barn while DJ Cheetah got the guests celebrating in full swing after dinner. All in all, Armando and Melissa glowed during the event and I found myself enjoying yet another incredible wedding.
